This was the best I could do untill I figure out what’s going on.
Start somewhere with the least distractions and have your dogs favourite treats or toy to hand.
Position them correctly before you say heal then walk, reposition the moment they step out of it.
Stop, sit, reward
Repeat
You can then put the lead on to do this so that the lead starts to become unimportant to the situation.
