This weekend, Harry and I went to see a Gundog trainer in Leicester to see what I could learn from him. We went primarily for me, to observe and shadow his training sessions and his board and train dogs. Harry did also benefit from this as well though. I have wanted to tackle an issue with Harry for a few months now but unsure of how to go about it, So Gary helped me realise where I was going wrong. Basically I have learnt that Harry is clearly my favourite dog and I am too soft on him, I need to be firmer with him and basically do all the things I tell you guys to do with your own dogs!
Over the next two weeks Harry will be embarking on a bootcamp with me, I aim to fix my issue and report back. I will also document this on my Facebook page, so everyone can follow along and maybe learn something too.
